Maria has studied the Anatomy in Motion (AIM) model with Gary Ward. AIM is based on a map of movement of the whole body through a single footstep, to help people in pain and discomfort and to take ownership of their own body.
The aim of any therapeutic work undertaken is never to enter into an “I fix you” relationship. The intention of AIM is simple: to help you bring your own body into alignment and create an environment in which the healing can begin.
“The human body is the ultimate healer — a title belonging to no therapist.” – Gary Ward
